The Krosses boys are back on Mixmash with a stellar future house banger called 'Losing My Grip'. After hitting the studio for a couple on months, Elias and Rohan developed a track that has a signature and edgy 80s vibe. Together with the release of the track, the creative duo have directed an amazing music video depicting the difficulties and curve balls life can throw at you while being in love.
Life and all its ups and downs
‘Losing My Grip’ is all about coming to a realization that your relationship with a loved one isn’t as great as it once was. No matter how hard you try and remember the good times, the damage has been done and you’re faced with the reality of drifting apart and losing your grip on each other.
“Nothing is forever like we thought”, they say, "you really have to cherish the memories you make”.
The track has a bit more rawness to it than their previous releases ‘Gold’ and ‘Sweet Overdose’ (supported by Avicii, Don Diablo, Fedde Le Grand, Lucas & Steve, David Guetta, Laidback Luke, and many many more). What sets Krosses apart from other DJ/producers is the fact they have a keen ear for what a track needs and they know how to transgress this creative vision in sound and image. Krosses is a duo that is partly from India and partly from the UK. Elias and Rohan met online on a music platform and connected immediately. What sets this act apart is the impact of several cross cultural influences and experiences, which facilitates their composition of a range of eclectic music. Heavily influenced by Calvin Harris, Michael Jackson, Earth Wind And Fire, Axwell, and basically anything that tickles their musical snares, Krosses is the one duo to watch for 2018.
